Appointments
We prefer patients to book specific appointment times. If you need appointments for multiple family members, we recommend booking two consecutive appointments. If you anticipate needing more time with the doctor, please book a longer appointment. Longer consultations are required for services such as pre-employment medicals. Please check with the receptionist to confirm appointment times for these services.
Emergency cases are treated as quickly as possible depending on urgency. While we strive to keep waiting times to a minimum, delays do occasionally occur, and preference is given to those with appointments.
Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend your appointment, please cancel at least one hour prior to the scheduled time to avoid a cancellation fee. Masks are required at all times in the clinic. Please note that Sunday’s opening hours are subject to doctor availability.

As part of the response to COVID-19, we now offer Telehealth consultations via phone or video call. This allows patients to continue receiving care from the comfort and safety of their home.
Eligibility:
- Telehealth is available to all patients eligible for Medicare-funded services, with specific MBS items for vulnerable patients and those in self-isolation.
- Telehealth may not be suitable for all medical conditions, and your doctor will discuss if a face-to-face consultation is required.
How it Works:
- Telehealth consultations are similar to face-to-face visits, conducted via phone or video, and the appointment will be scheduled with your doctor.
- If you’re a continuing patient, your medical information will already be available.
- You may have family members or carers present during your consultation if desired.
Technology:
- You can use a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera, microphone, and internet connection.
- Ensure you are in a quiet, private space for confidentiality.
Confidentiality:
- Telehealth appointments are private and confidential, with security systems in place to meet privacy standards.
- Please do not record your session to minimize the risk of data breaches.
Payment:
- Telehealth services may be bulk-billed if you are eligible under the new COVID-19 telehealth regulations.
If you have any questions or concerns about Telehealth or if you would like to book a Telehealth consultation, please contact the clinic.
